Axial gearboxes and geared motors from Greenshpon Engineering Ltd. are high-quality, strong, and quiet gears in operation. Axial gearboxes from Greenshpon Engineering Ltd. are supplied in a planetary structure with straight teeth (unit 60) and in a conventional structure with beveled teeth (units 70, 80, 100, 225)​
The gearbox performs power transfer by a combination of gear systems that provide working conditions with high efficiency of up to 95%.

Technical Data

  • Relay body – made of shock-absorbing gray cast iron. The lower part is an oil tank and inside it is the gears.
  • Gears – beveled or double wheels are made of nickel steel – chrome 15CrNi6 tempered and tempered for surface hardness 60 HRc. Sharpened with great precision at AGMA 11, ISO 6 level, ensuring long and quiet operation of the gearboxes.
  • Hinges – have large diameters for a high level of accuracy and better uniform difficulty. Wave edges are sharpened at k6 endurance for diameters up to 50 mm. Wave ends for diameters above 50 mm are sharpened at m6 endurance. Defects according to the DIN6885 / 1 standard
  • Bearings – All hinges are supported by conical and ball bearings with standard freedom.
    The bearings are capable of carrying radial and axial loads in combination.
    Lubrication and lubrication system for all gearboxes including standard breather.
  • The efficiency of the relay, as a result of advanced design and precise processing, efficiencies is extremely high and they reach up to 97% depending on the speed of rotation and the transmission ratio. Proper efficiency will be achieved after 10 hours of work at full load.
  • Starting overload, all gears are designed to withstand a starting torque of 200% for 15 seconds, 150% for 60 seconds, and overdrive of 125% appearing once a day for 1 hour.
