Helical Bevel Gearboxes consist of conical-shaped wheels, transmitting motion from one shaft to another, assembled at an angle to each other and their axes intersecting. They are not complete cones, but truncated cones whose wheel width limits their height. To ensure proper operation of the gearbox, their tips must meet at the intersection of the shaft axes.
